Please note that two workshops related to SMOS will be taking place soon

The first one aims at Understanding the Carbon and Water Cycles using SMOS Data and Models and will take place at  CESBIO, Toulouse, France on November 13-14 2014

The deadline for abstract submission is 4 July 2014This land orientated workshop aims at bringing together the EO, SMOS, Earth system science and modelling communities involved in the observation, characterization and forecasting of land surface processes and their impacts. The second workshop is the Ocean salinity science and salinity remote sensing workshop and will take place on November 26 – 28 2014 at the UK Met Office In Exeter, UK.

It will be a dedicated meeting focussing on sea surface salinity, in connection with the STSE SOS study. A detailed description of the programme and organization is available here:Deadline for abstract submission is 30 June 2014.
