This Table contains the brillance temperature data mesured from ATSR/M.

The fields of the table are:

1. GRID_ID : The name of the grid where the data was taken.
2. GRID_ORDER : The number of the station in the grid cell.
3. OBS_DATE : This column contains the date on which the measurements were made.
4. OBS_TIME : This column contains the time (UTC)at which the measurements were made.
5. LATITUDE : This column contains the the latitude of measurement.
6. LONGITUDE : This column contains the longitude of measurement.
7. TB_24 : This column contains the brillance temperature (in deg Kelvin).
8. TB_36 : This column contains the brillance temperature in deg kelvin.
9. CERT_LEVEL : This column contains the certification level for the data : T)est,C)hecked by PI, U)nchecked by PI.
10. REV_DATE : This column contains the revision date for the data in the format DD-MMM-YY.
