The fields of the table are:

1. OBS_DATE : This column contains the date on which the observation was made in the format DD-MMM-YY.
2. FILE_NAME : This column contains the File name corresponding to the map.
3. DATA_DESCRIPTION : This column contains the description of the data.
4. FILE_README : This column contains the way to get data from files.
5. CERT_LEVEL : This column contains the certification level for the data : T)est, C)hecked by PI, U)nchecked by PI.
6. REV_DATE : This column contains the revision date for the data in the format DD-MMM-YY.
