Comment:
This Table contains the result of chemical analyses related to the continental terminal3 water table on the hapex square degree north of the niger river.

The fields of the table are:
  1. GRID_ID : This column contains the name of the grid where the data was taken.
  2. GRID_ORDER : This column contains the number of the station in the grid cell.
  3. OBS_DATE : This column contains the date on which the observation was made in the format DD-MMM-YY.
  4. OBS_TIME : This column contains the time when the observation was made, in GMT.
  5. REFERE : This column contains the identification of the analyse ( DECxxx for December 91 , AVxxx for April 92 and JANxxx for January 93 ).
  6. RCA : This column contains the amount of calcium ( meq l-1 ).
  7. RMG : This column contains the amount of magnesium ( meq l-1 ).
  8. RK : This column contains the amount in potassium ( meq l-1 ).
  9. RNA : This column contains the amount of sodium ( meq l-1 ).
  10. CAT : This column contains the abbreviation of dominant cation.
  11. RHCO3 : This column contains the amount of bicarbonate ( meq l-1 ).
  12. HCO3TER : This column contains the rough proportion of bicarbonate ( mg l-1 ).
  13. RCL : This column contains the amount of chloride ( meq l-1 ).
  14. RNO3 : This column contains the amount of nitrate ( meq l-1 ).
  15. RSO4 : This column contains the amount of sulphate ( meq l-1 ).
  16. AN : This column contains the abbreviation of dominant ANION.
  17. CATIONS : This column contains the sum : RCA+RMG+RK+RNA ( meq l-1 ).
  18. ANIONS : This column contains the sum : RHCO+RCL+RNO3+RSO4 ( meq l-1 ).
  19. CONDTER : This column contains the conductivity measured on the place ( micro S cm-1 ).
  20. CONDLAB : This column contains the conductivity measured a few days or a few weeks after sample taking ( micro S cm-1 ).
  21. PHTER : This column contains the PH measured on the place.
  22. PHLAB : This column contains the PH measured during the analyze.
  23. SIO2 : This column contains the amount of silica ( mg l-1 ).
  24. FE203 : This column contains the content in iron oxides ( mg l-1 ).
  25. AL203 : This column contains the amount of aluminium oxide ( mg l-1 ).
  26. CERT_LEVEL : This column contains the certification level for the data : T)est, C)hecked by PI, U)nchecked by PI.
  27. REV_DATE : This column contains the revision date for the data in the format DD-MMM-YY.
