The fields of the table are:

1. GRID_ID : The name of the grid where the data was taken.
2. GRID_ORDER : The number of the station in the grid cell.
3. OBS_DATE : This column contains the day at which the measurement was made (YYDDD).
4. OBS_TIME : This column contains the time of logging (in Hour GMT).
5. SITECODE : This column contains the site code.
6. MEAN_HOUR_TEMP : This column contains the mean hourly temperature (in deg C).
7. SIGT : This column contains the standard deviation of mean temperature (in deg C).
8. MEAN_HOUR_HUM : This column contains the mean hourly background absolute humidity (in g/m**3).
9. SIGH : This column contains the standard deviation of fluctuating humidity ( in g/m**3).
10. MEAN_VERT_WIND_SP : This column contains the mean hourly vertical wind speed (in m/s).
11. SIGVW : This column contains the standard deviation of vertical wind speed(in m/s).
12. MEAN_HOR_WIND_SP : This column contains the mean hourly horizontal windspeed (in m/s).
13. SIGHW : This column contains the standard deviation of horizontal windspeed (in m/s).
14. USTAR : This column contains the mean hourly friction velocity (in m/s).
15. MEAN_SENS_HEAT : This column contains the mean hourly sensible heat (in W/m**2).
16. MEAN_LAT_HEAT : This column contains the mean hourly latent heat (in W/m**2).
17. ZL : This column contains the z/L where z=instrument height and L=mean hourly Monin-Obukhov length.
18. CERT_LEVEL : This column contains the certification level for the data : T)est,C)hecked by PI, U)nchecked by PI.
19. REV_DATE : This column contains the revision date for the data in the format DD-MMM-YY.
