The fields of the table are:

GRID_ID : This column contains the name of the grid where the data was taken.
GRID_ORDER : This column contains the number of the station in the grid cell.
OBS_DATE : This column contains the date on which the observation was made in the format ( DD-MON-YY ).
OBS_TIME : This column contains the time on which the observation was made in GMT.
PRESSURE : This column contains the Pressure ( hPa ).
AIR_TEMPERATURE : This column contains the Air Temperature ( Degrees C ).
HUMIDITY : This column contains the Humidity ( % ) .
WIND_DIRECTION : This column contains the Wind Direction ( Deg. ) .
WIND_SPEED : This column contains the Wind Speed ( m s-1 ).
RAINFALL : This column contains the Rainfall ( mm ) .
DOWN_GLOBAL_RADIATION : This column contains the Downward Global Radiation ( W m-2 ).
VALIDATION_CODE_1 : This column contains the Validation Code for DOWN_GLOBAL_RADIATION ( 0 : Valide , 1 : Data Okay , 2 : Dropped , 3 : Doubfull , 4 : recomputed ) .
UP_GLOBAL_RADIATION : This column contains the Upward Global Radiation ( W m-2 ).
VALIDATION_CODE_2 : This column contains the Validation Code for UP_GLOBAL_RADIATION ( 0 : Valide , 1 : Data Okay , 2 : Dropped , 3 : Doubfull , 4 : recomputed ) .
NET_RADIATION : This column contains the Net Radiation ( W m-2 ) .
VALIDATION_CODE_3 : This column contains the Validation Code for NET_RADIATION ( 0 : Valide , 1 : Data Okay , 2 : Dropped , 3 : Doubfull , 4 : recomputed ) .
CERT_LEVEL : This column contains the certification level for the data : T)est, C)hecked by PI, U)nchecked by PI.
REV_DATE : This column contains the revision date for the data in the format DD-MMM-YY.
