This Table contains Millet automatic weather station and radiation data .

The fields of the table are:

1. GRID_ID : This column contains the name of the grid where the data was taken.
2. GRID_ORDER : This column contains the number of the station in the grid cell.
3. OBS_DATE : This column contains the date when the observation was made in DD-MON-YY) .
4. OBS_TIME : This column contains the time when the observation was made in UTM.
5. WET_BULB_TEMP : This column contains the Wet Bulb Temperature ( Degrees C) .
6. DRY_BULB_TEMP : This column contains the Dry Bulb Temperarture (Degrees C).
7. WIND_SPEED : This column contains the Wind Speed (m/s) .
8. WIND_DIRECTION : This column contains the Wind Direction (Degrees Magnetic).
9. RAINFALL : This column contains the Rainfall (mm) .
10. NET_RADIATION : This column contains the Net radiation over vegetation (W/m**2) .
11. SHORTWAVE_RADIATION : This column contains the Incomming shortwave radiation (W/m**2) .
12. REFLECTED_SOLAR : This column contains the Reflected solar radiation (W/m**2) .
13. CERT_LEVEL : This column contains the certification level for the data : T)est,C)hecked by PI, U)nchecked by PI.
14. REV_DATE : This column contains the revision date for the data in the format DD-MMM-YY.
