This Table contains the Wind Speed Data ( 4 Levels ).

The fields of the table are:

1. GRID_ID : This column contains the name of the grid where the data was taken.
2. GRID_ORDER : This column contains the number of the station in the grid cell.
3. OBS_DATE : This column contains the date on which the observation was made in the format ( DD-MON-YY ).
4. OBS_TIME : This column contains the time on which the observation was made in GMT.
5. SOLAR_RADIATION : This column contains the Solar Radiation ( W m-2 ).
6. REF_SOLAR_RADIATION : This column contains the Reflected Solar Radiation ( W m-2 ).
7. INT_NET_RADIATION : This column contains the Integrated Net Radiation ( W m-2 ).
8. AIR_TEMPERATURE : This column contains the Air Temperature ( Degrees C ).
9. SURFACE_TEMPERATURE : This column contains the Surface ( Brightness ) Temperature ( Degrees C ).
10. WIND_SPEED_1 : This column contains the WinSpeed Level 1 ( m s-1 ).
11. WIND_SPEED_2_5 : This column contains the WindSpeed Level 2.5 ( m s-1 ).
12. WIND_SPEED_3 : This column contains the WindSpeed Level 3 ( m s-1 ).
13. WIND_SPEED_4 : This column contains the WindSpeed Level 4 ( m s-1 ).
14. CERT_LEVEL : This column contains the certification level for the data : T)est, C)hecked by PI, U)nchecked by PI.
15. REV_DATE : This column contains the revision date for the data in the format DD-MMM-YY.
