This Table contains roughness data from a needle board.

The fields of the table are:

1. GRID_ID : This column contains the name of the grid where the data was taken.
2. GRID_ORDER : This column contains the number of the station in the grid cell.
3. OBS_DATE : This column contains the date on which the observation was made in the format DD-MMM-YY.
4. OBS_TIME : This column contains the time when the observation was made, in GMT.
5. SITE_RELA_MEAS : This column contains site number.
6. RMS_HIGH : This column contains the Root Mean Square High value of the needles height ( mm ).
7. RMS_LOW : This column contains the Root Mean Square Low value of the needles height ( mm ).
8. RMS_DIRECTION : This column contains average Root Mean Square value of the needles height per direction ( mm ).
9. AVG_RMS_0 : This column contains average Root Mean Square value of the needles height toward the North ( mm ).
10. AVG_RMS_90 : This column contains average Root Mean Square value of the needles height perpenpicular the North ( mm ).
11. AVG_RMS_0PLUS90 : This column contains average Root Mean Square value of the needles height (toward and perpendicular the North) ( mm ).
12. AUTOCORR_LENGTH : This column contains the Autocorrelation length ( mm ).
13. CERT_LEVEL : This column contains the certification level for the data : T)est, C)hecked by PI, U)nchecked By PI.
14. REV_DATE : This column contains the revision date for the data in the format DD-MMM-YY.
