This Table contains the inventory of ATSR Data images.

The fields of the table are:

1. OBS_DATE : This column contains the date on which the observation was made in the format DD-MMM-YY.
2. OBS_TIME : This column contains the time when the observation was made, in GMT. (format HHMI).
3. FILE_NAME : This column contains the file name of the image (512x512 bytes).
4. SST_MIN : This column contains the min value of SST for this chanel.
5. SST_MAX : This column contains the max value of SST for this chanel.
6. CERT_LEVEL : This column contains the certification level for the data : T)est, C)hecked by PI, U)nchecked by PI.
7. REV_DATE : This column contains the revision date for the data in the format DD-MMM-YY.
