Welcome to the Center for the Study of the BIOsphère from Space

The Center for the Study of the Biosphere from Space (CESBIO) is a laboratory UPS-CNRS-CNES-IRD. It aims to develop knowledge on continental biosphere dynamics and functioning at various temporal and spatial scales

This laboratory - aims to do research in the domains of observation and modeling of the continental surfaces,
- participates in the specification of space missions and the treatment of remotely sensed data,
- adresses the interface between physical and biological sciences,
- is in direct contact with socio-economic community.
